Is this certification widely accepted?
Yes, our certification cards are OSHA compliant and will be either through the American Heart Association, The American Red Cross or American Safety and Health Institute. You can be confident that your certification will meet the high standards needed for workplaces, employment opportunities, schools, universities, medical environments and personal safety.
Can I complete the course at my own pace?
Absolutely! Our course is designed to fit into your life, not disrupt it. Learn and practice at a pace that works for you in the comfort of your home or workplace.
What if I have never taken a CPR class before?
No experience is necessary. Our course is beginner-friendly, and the live guidance once you’ve completed the online portion, ensures that all of your questions are answered and your concerns are address. Also, with your purchase, comes access to your trainer for the extent of your 2-year certification so you never have to feel alone in your learning journey.
How does hands-on training work in a home setting?
We send you a high-quality manikin that you keep to use at future renewal sessions so you can practice compressions and recuse breath techniques at home. This is combined with your live, online instruction and Q&A when you have completed the online course, giving you the benefits of a classroom with as much interaction as you need but without the commute.
What if I'm not tech-savvy?
Our platform is very user-friendly, easy to follow and our support team is always available to assist.
Is there a deadline to complete the course?
You have full flexibility—complete it at your own pace within the 30-day period from when you purchase the course, schedule your live, Zoom session and your digital 2-year certification card and booklet will be immediately sent to the email provided.
How do I practice CPR?
Our course comes with a manikin that is shipped to you once you enroll. From there you are able to follow along with the video to practice your CPR compressions and rescue breaths techniques.
How do I get certified?
Upon completion of the course, you will schedule a convenient time to join an approximately 5 minute Zoom call along with a small group of students to demonstrate your compressions skills and ask any questions you may have.
