CPR Training For LIFE! was founded by Vickie Onesti, President, Certified Instructor and Master Compressionist, who launched the company after her first-hand experience with the devastation of heart disease and learned about the tremendous benefits of empowering organizations, schools and communities with the education, resources and ability to make positive changes and make a difference. Vickie is Instructor-certified through the American Heart Association, the American Red Cross and American Safety and Health Institute to train and certify in all CPR/AED and Emergency First Aid disciplines. She has spent more than 30 years educating & motivating others to succeed in a variety of corporate, community and business endeavors.  In addition to serving in executive roles in the commercial real estate industry and as a Director for the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce, she continues to consult for a number of corporate, entertainment and charitable organizations in the areas of business development and life-safety programming and certification.

CPR Training For LIFE! is a division of One Stitch Training Corporation which is named in honor of Vickie's beloved parents who were custom tailors that emphasized strong family values, the importance of hard work, community engagement and contributing to social causes.

Vickie's is known for her infectious spirit, positive attitude and limitless persistence in "getting the job done". Her philosophy is to appreciate each and every day and live life to the fullest.  It is her hope and her passion to be an encouraging influence in the lives of all with whom she encounters.
